Custom Homepage now supports multiple pages, each targeted to specific audiences using any attribute in your audience builder: role, location, brand, department, or any custom segment. Employees open Firstup and land on the highest-priority page they qualify for.
Your new Custom Homepages become the perfect jumping-off point. Banners can link to required communications, Knowledge Hubs, and external resources. Shortcuts can surface key Knowledge Hubs, critical systems, or important actions right on the homepage. Knowledge Hubs can have their own targeted Shortcuts linking even deeper. Every element connects to the next, and the more you connect, the more seamlessly employees move from engagement to action.

Hero and Grid sections automatically adapt to mobile-optimized Rows for a native feel. A new social-style gallery layout with a dynamic 5-image display is designed to drive higher engagement on mobile. Direct Data Export: Now Fully Self-Service
In Q4, we introduced automated SFTP delivery and historical exports for Direct Data Export. Setup required assistance from our team. Now it’s fully self-service. Configure your exports, set your schedule (as frequently as every 4 hours), and access up to 2 years of historical data, all without waiting on anyone.
