The Methodology
To deliver these scores, ClearBox ran an extensive review process. That work included live demonstrations across eight business scenarios, hands-on testing in a sandbox environment, scenario evaluation and scoring, and a vendor fact-check. ClearBox also collected feedback directly from customers, with no vendor ability to review or influence responses.

The report singled out the Orchestration Engine for the granular control it gives communicators over who receives each message, when they receive it, and through which channel. It also credited Engagement Boost for its data-driven approach to maximizing reach while avoiding audience fatigue.
Frontline & Mobile Focus
ClearBox scored Firstup 4.5 out of 5 for Mobile and Frontline Support and named it among the highest in the scenario. The report described the mobile experience as "Consistent with the desktop experience. Very strong on mobile overall," reflecting Firstup’s ability to deliver the full platform experience to deskless and frontline teams wherever they work.
