And then we gave them access to a hub where they could start practicing and using it for their daily work. We’re finding that there is a community within Colgate that people are sharing ideas. “ For myself leading in times of change, I like to get my team together so that we can talk through, brainstorm, challenge each other. And I really think that you get to a better place when you bring in a lot of different perspectives. Perspectives from different backgrounds, different geographies. I think you get to a better answer. And so for me it’s about bringing people together with different perspectives so that we can get to a better outcome.”
