DMCA Policy

Firstup, Inc. and Dynamic Signal, Inc. (collectively, “Firstup”) respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect their users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. Firstup will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Firstup services, platform, app, and/or website or the Dynamic Signal services, platform, app, and/or website (collectively, the “Services”) if such claims are reported to Firstup’s Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to material residing on a site that is controlled or operated by Firstup that is claimed to be infringing, in which case we will make a good-faith attempt to contact the person who submitted the affected material so that they may make a counter notification, also in accordance with the DMCA.
