Firstup Subprocessors
To support the delivery of our Services, Firstup, Inc. (“Firstup” “we” or “our”) may engage and use data processors (each, a “Subprocessor“) with access to the Customer Content and personal information (collectively, “Customer Data”) customers may upload, access, process, or transmit to our services. This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in your agreement with Firstup for the provision of our services (the “Agreement”).
We currently use third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, customer support and email notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, we evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices. We also require Subprocessors to be bound by written agreements that require them to provide, to the extent the Subprocessor is providing the same data processing services that are being provided by us, at least the same level of data protection in all material respects as we make available under its data processing addendum.

1. The country for this subprocessor will depend on the Service Region chosen by your organization for your Firstup account. If your organization is located in the U.S., the subprocessor location is the United States. If your organization is located outside of the U.S., you may choose either the U.S. or Ireland.
Dynamic Signal Subprocessors
The following are third party subprocessing technologies currently built into the Dynamic Signal, Inc. SaaS Platform that process Personal Data. Any such subprocessors will be permitted to process Personal Data only to deliver the services Dynamic Signal has retained them to provide, and they are prohibited from using Personal Data for any other purpose
