Use of Firstup’s AI Integration is subject to agreement to Artificial Intelligence Integration Product Attachment/Addendum (the "AI Terms") (the “AI Terms”) by an authorized representative of your organization. The AI Terms will apply notwithstanding any terms or conditions set forth in any existing agreement between your organization and Firstup; provided, however, that if your organization has signed terms and conditions addressing the same subject matter as those set forth in the AI Terms, the previously signed terms will apply.
