HOW IT STARTED
Reliant Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational and speech therapy to patients in nursing facilities across 40 states. With thousands of therapists working for the company, many of them in rural areas, the challenge was how to communicate and engage with them in the most efficient way possible.
Trying to connect and communicate with 9,000 therapists throughout rural areas was proving to be difficult, and Reliant Rehabilitation had been searching for a way to alleviate their pain points.
The company wanted a way to engage therapists with content that provides value and commands their attention, while providing an enhanced sense of belonging and wellbeing in an industry that is somewhat isolated by nature of the work.
WHERE THEY LANDED
Reliant Rehabilitation reached out to Firstup, which helped develop ReliantLINK, an easy-to-use employee and engagement platform. Now in place, the platform is reimagining the way their therapists connect, even in the most unreachable places.
